Quotes:

“I think a lot of women, God will put a calling on their heart to do something, to build something, but there’s so much guilt with what if I take minutes for myself or money for myself, and it should go to my children. But because I didn’t have the financial luxury to have those thoughts, I never felt guilty for it.” – Alli Worthington

“When women have children and then we continually put our needs on the shelf….When we let ourselves shrivel on the vine, it is our children and our family that pays the price because we end up resentful.” – Alli Worthington

“We need self-care that is going to help our souls.” -Alli Worthington
